Please note that all orders for 2009 clothing must be placed on or before March 18th
We are allowing two extra days after the Parent Meeting to turn in your clothing order -- cannot accept any orders after March 18th.This is a revised version of the 2009 Team Clothing Form. If you received a salmon colored form at the Novice Parent meeting, please use this revised copy instead. All students were given a copy of the new form (goldenrod color) at the mandatory meeting on March 5th.

Clothing Orders Hopefully everyone has received a clothing order form. If not, see above and download a form. ALL ORDERS ARE DUE WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18th. Formes can be turned in at the kick-off meeting on March 16th or to your coach. Tip: If you are planning on ordering a Crew Jacket or Nylon Pants, they tend to run a little small -- you may want to bump up a size, especially for layering underneath.
