The Midwest Scholastic Championship is sponsored by the Midwest Scholastic Rowing Association.
The purpose of the MSRA is to sponsor an annual Midwest Scholastic Championship among teams representing a single secondary school during the second weekend in May and to also promote information exchange and regatta scheduling among the member organizations. The MSRA encompasses approximately 57 member schools from 7 states.
The Championship Regatta consists of 30 different events, 15 for men and 15 for women, spaced over a two day period. For most events, competitors must race through qualifying heats and semi-finals in order to advance to their final race. The regatta has been averaging 90 +/- races before the 30 finals. The competition is always strong as the best high school scholastic programs from the Midwest are represented.
As this is a championship regatta, we unfortunately cannot take all of our team members to the event as entries are limited. For those unable to travel to the regatta, including athletes and parents of those that are competing, you can monitor the racing with real time updates on Regatta Central. Follow the instructions on the site to create your own free account.

LODGING INFORMATION: For parents and friends traveling to the regatta, we have reserved a limited number of rooms at the team hotel. If you are interested, please contact the Head Coach as soon as possible to reserve a space. For other lodging information, please visit the regatta web site at Regatta Central.
