Athletes meet to work on their fitness, using erg machines to simulate rowing, weight lifting to build strength, and pilates and yoga to increase flexibility.
All Varsity will start practice on Tuesday, January 6th (erging at High School)
All Novice will start practice on Wednesday, January 7th at FHC, right after the parent meeting

9 am - 12:30 pm - Saturday AM practice is highly encouraged for both Varsity and Novice rowers.

Heart rate monitor that can connect to Concept 2 Ergometer is preferred for these sessions (w/ Bluetooth 4.0/5.0 or Ant+)

Paradigm is located at 6420 Fulton St E, Ada, MI 49301.
Athletes need separate gym shoes for Paradigm Fitness. Outside shoes can not be worn in the gym for safety reasons. Paradigm Fitness requires a completed liability waiver before athletes can participate.
