SPRING 2026 ATHLETE REGISTRATION

Spring Registration Checklist
STEP 1: REGISTER FOR SPRING SEASON & PAY DUES
Submit Spring Dues payment to FHC Boosters of $500.00.
Note: There are additional fees if your rower participates in a by-invitation-only regatta.​

STEP 2: SUBMIT SIGNED CONTRACT & HANDBOOK
Read the Parent & Athlete contract and submit a signed copy of the signature page to Coach Hannah at the FHC Crew Spring Kickoff Meeting on March 2nd at 6:30pm at the FHC Cafeteria or hand to her at practice by March 9th.

STEP 3: COMPLETE ROWING MEMBERSHIP & WAIVERS
Complete both regatta waivers:
All rowers are required to join USRowing and complete the USRowing waiver annually. Waivers must be submitted by the athlete or a parent/legal guardian if the athlete is under 18 years of age.
​​For Novice rowers:

Visit USRowing to register.

Select Individuals membership.

Click Join and complete the registration form.

For first time registrants, type "Forest Hills Central” under “Club or Team Name.” You will be asked for your club access code: U73QV.

Sign the waiver.

USRowing charges a $25.00 membership fee.

​For Returning rowers:

Visit USRowing and Log In.

Sign the waiver.

USRowing charges a $20 membership renewal fee.

If you have forgotten your username or password, follow prompts to retrieve your username or reset your password.
​
For athletes 18 and over, they must complete SafeSport training.

FHC LEARN TO ROW CAMP
Registration forms and payment are due before the start of camp.
Week 1: June 15 – 19
Week 2: June 22 – 26
Want to experience the sport of Rowing? Register for the FHC Learn to Row Camp. Athletes that have finished grades 6 through 9 and are new to rowing are invited to attend two one-week camps held at the Forest Hills Boathouse from 6:00 – 8:00 PM where they will learn the basics of rowing, spend five evenings rowing on the Grand River, and have a chance to race against other rowers in the Friday evening regatta. Camps are run by the FHC Rowing team coaches and our Varsity athletes. Registration is through FHC Ranger Camps and the cost for each week is $98.

2027 SPRING BREAK TRIP ATHLETE REGISTRATION
To participate in our 2027 spring break training and development trip athletes will be required to be on the Spring team roster, register for the trip and pay in full. This trip is designed for both novice and varsity Spring 2027 FHC Crew athletes and is scheduled from Wednesday, March 31, 2027 - Sunday, April 4, 2027.​​​
